Can I have a sample?

Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Free small pcs sample is available with freight collected or prepaid.

What is the MOQ?

Our MOQ is 1 set(Only for EXW terms).

How do you ship the goods?

By sea.

What's your payment terms?

Depending on your need, we can do EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF. T/T, L/C, and Paypal are acceptable. The deposit will be required before production & the balance will be paid before delivery.

How long is the delivery date?

The production time depends on the material, size, and quantity. Normal production requires 20-40 days as we need to make sure our quality & fits the standard. We can deliver the goods within 7 days if they are in stock.

Can you help me for installation?

We don’t have an installer overseas but there will be an installation guide on paper or we can support you by video.
